I have never had a travel agent take care of every single detail. And when I say every detail I mean it. There were many moving parts to this trip, to include surprises for my wife at two different hotels . All of the spa reservations, the dinner reservations, the tours and especially the transfers from place to place was not only booked, but worked seamlessly. To give an example, when we went to one tour, driver A arrived at our hotel one day and dropped us off, and as we walked out of the tour there was another driver anticipating us and asked our names, smiled and opened the door to the SUV. There was so much more that went into this then just booking travel. I bought travel insurance. which required every detail to be recorded and documented. Lesley also put our entire itinerary, travel docs, insurance docs, transfers and tours into an app on our phone. Beyond amazing.
